What You'll Do.

Provide employee relations consultation

Act as liaison between employer and employees

Manage employee relations issues

Serve as back-up for Manager

Provide guidance on corrective actions

Handle unemployment hearings

Partner with LOA Administrator

Determine reasonable accommodations

Support development of positive culture

Coach leaders on performance improvement plans

Disseminate termination notifications

Champion Company culture

Ensure legal compliance

Conduct check-in meetings with business units

Provide guidance on policy interpretation

Ensure compliance with employment laws

Partner with Enterprise Risk Office

Partner with Ethics and Compliance Officers

Conduct employee investigations

Make recommendations on investigation approach

Craft written documentation

Provide input for new policies

Conduct organization-wide investigations

Ensure collection of documentation

Provide follow-up to involved parties

Develop corrective action plans

Support reasonable accommodations process

Confer with LOA prior to employment actions

Confirm status of interactive discussions

Ensure appropriate documentation is received

Serve as technical advisor

Collaborate with HR leadership

Determine mitigation approaches

Prepare correspondence for Employee Relations cases

Prepare documentation for third party review

Participate in termination meetings

Represent company at unemployment hearings

Serve as point of contact for subpoena processors

Review annual performance reviews

Ensure alignment with documentation

Consult with HR Business Partners

Identify training opportunities

Develop quantitative data

Analyze qualitative data

Identify areas of opportunity

Partner on action plans

Analyze exit interview data

Share trends with leadership

Maintain knowledge of HR practices

Ensure scalability of service

Establish knowledge base

Participate in development of HR goals

Align department goals with business units

Assist HR Business Partners on projects

Conduct research for projects

Perform data analysis for projects

Provide assistance for initiatives

Provide general HR support

Perform other duties as assigned
