What You'll Do.

Incumbent will act as a liaison between employer and manage employee relations issues for business units and more complex employee related matters across the organization. Serve as a back-up for the Manager, Employee Relations on key employee relations matters. Provides organization-wide guidance on coaching and corrective actions at all levels of leadership. Incumbent will handle unemployment hearings and partner with the LOA Administrator in determining reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA). This position plays a key role in supporting and facilitating the development of positive culture and key capabilities for the overall organization. **Day in the Life** * Responsible for employee relations issues for business units, including complex employee relations matters. * Provide support to the Manager, Employee Relations during peak periods of increased workload. Coach, counsel, and guide leaders regarding execution of performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions, up to and including terminations; ensure notifications regarding terminations are disseminated as necessary. * Ensure a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization.
