DESCRIPTION • (Senior) HR Generalist • Location: Germany • Department: Local subsidiary • Reports to: CEO of local subsidiary, ICEYE Germany • Employment type: Permanent • Workplace model: In-Office, Berlin • Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required) WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: As a (Senior) HR Generalist, you’ll act as the first line of support for all local people matters, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience across the full lifecycle. You will bridge global HR frameworks with local execution in Germany, enabling ICEYErs to thrive and directly contributing to operational excellence and mission success.
