What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least five years of experience in an HR role, Solid experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (or similar HRMS tools), knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and build rapport with team members, Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects, Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, A passion for people and a drive to make a difference in the organization.

Nice to Have

Experience working in tech/digital agencies or MSPs is a plus, Experience supporting HR for multi-country operations (e. g. , KSA)

What You'll Do.

Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across both companies (tech

conduct initial interviews

schedule final rounds

Manage hiring pipelines via Zoho People/Workable

Lead onboarding for new hires contracts

Maintain employee records in Zoho People

Prepare offer letters

Issue payslips via Zoho Payroll and coordinate with Accounts for final settlements

and ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law

Support creation and tracking of employee goals and KPIs

Collect regular feedback from staff and escalate issues proactively

Coordinate soft skill training sessions and internal knowledge sharing

Support internal surveys and HR audits as needed

Maintain and update HR policies

Collect and document feedback

ensure timely revocation of system access

Track post-exit documentation and visa/work permit follow-up if needed

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

coordinate with Accounts for final settlements; Work with International teams (India and Dubai)
