Must Have
The role requires strong, hands-on knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems, and employment lifecycle administration, with the ability to manage complex, multi-country activities and maintain data accuracy under pressure. Practical experience with payroll input preparation and benefits administration is essential. Candidates must be capable of supporting and managing low-to-medium complexity ER cases with professionalism and consistency, and confident leading formal meetings.
Nice to Have
Verbal or written proficiency in German or Dutch is desirable. Experience in identifying trends or risks in HR data and translating analytical insight into actionable recommendations is also preferred.

Role Purpose : The Senior HR Coordinator is an experienced HR operations professional who manages complex employee lifecycle activities end-to-end, acts as a quality control point for the wider HR Ops team, and provides enhanced support on payroll, benefits, and employee relations cases. The role bridges frontline execution and team leadership, mentoring junior coordinators and contributing to process improvement and global HR projects. ## Role & Responsibilities Advanced Employee Lifecycle Management Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high-quality employee experience. Oversee complex employee data changes across HR systems and conduct quality checks on work completed by junior coordinators. Manage escalated lifecycle cases requiring deeper process or policy knowledge. HR Data Integrity & Reporting Run complex HRIS reports and conduct regular data audits to maintain compliance and accuracy. Prepare and interpret HR data reports, identifying trends or risks and communicating findings to HR Managers and HRBPs. Validate payroll-impacting data changes and support the resolution of discrepancies in partnership with Payroll.
