The Senior HR Business Partner will support and execute the business’s people strategy, focusing on enhancing the employee experience through effective work environments, employee relations, retention, and operational processes. Key responsibilities include developing trust, commitment, and buy-in with leaders in our business units, ensuring exceptional relationships with all stakeholders. In this role, you will provide consulting and coaching to departmental leaders supporting the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives. Success in this position requires balancing the roles of associate champion, leadership partner, and change agent. You must understand the business strategy and provide dynamic solutions using your experience, data analysis, and organizational agility to guide decision-making. StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located in Canada for this position. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. What You'll Be Doing: Provides business partnerships to the VP level of our org, and executes HR business strategies to drive key business results; guide on People matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions across departments. Implements and delivers solutions and interventions that address retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate.
