What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, related field, or equivalent experience, 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, significant time as a senior client-facing HRBP, Proven ability to work alongside senior leaders to drive organizational and people strategy forward, Demonstrated analytical expertise in HR data, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in Workday/HRIS systems, advanced knowledge in Excel, Deep knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices across complex global organizations, Expertise in organization assessment, Expertise in organization planning, demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives, Advanced expertise in 4 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobility, program and project management expertise
