We’re hiring a Senior People Business Partner to help scale Cohere through a major phase of growth. This is a strategic People leadership role partnering closely with our GTM organization and senior leaders inside one of the world’s leading AI companies. At Cohere, Senior PBPs operate as trusted advisors to leadership teams and influential partners to the broader People organization. You’ll support leaders across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health in a fast-scaling, globally distributed environment. We’re still evolving parts of our People infrastructure and operating model, so this is a strong fit for someone energized by ambiguity, building, and improving ways of working in real time.
