Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering, this role is accountable for enabling people practices that align with business priorities, performance goals, and long‑term growth. As a Senior HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, applying data and insight to decision‑making, and navigating complexity in a fast‑moving environment. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, support leaders through critical decisions, and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization. In this role, you’ll provide full‑spectrum HR support to your districts — including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, leader coaching, and organizational change.
