experienced HR Business Partner who has successfully operated in complex operational environments where you have been able to influence key stakeholders
What You'll Do.
turn enterprise-level People priorities into clear
Provide commercially grounded advice across performance
ensuring decisions align to enterprise strategy
lead workforce planning and organisational design activity
Partner with leaders from business case development through to delivery of change programs aligned to enterprise frameworks
manage ER/IR matters including disputes
union engagement and support EA negotiations
Build leader capability to confidently manage performance and conduct
coach and support leaders to uplift people leadership capability
continuing to foster an inclusive
safe and engaging workplace that supports retention and performance
ensure consistent application of employment legislation and policies
Provide oversight of people decisions and uplift leader capability in managing people risk and compliance
own and interpret people metrics into actionable insights for your portfolio
