Reporting to the HR Business Partnering Lead - UK, you will work closely with the HR Shared Services team and the Global Studios HR Director to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the businesses you support and to support the entire life cycle of the employee experience. To be successful, you must be able to develop meaningful relationships with all managers in your business and other people's teams in the organisation. Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expertise in all areas of HR management. This is a full-time role covering sites across the UKI. We operate a hybrid working model with 3-4 days per week required in the London Egis Office and London Global Studios.
