Must Have
Bachelor's degree (BE. Tech) in Civil Engineering, Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in highway and road infrastructure design, project management, and delivery, Demonstrated expertise in transportation engineering design standards and practices, Knowledge of relevant design codes and regulatory compliance requirements, Proven leadership experience mentoring junior engineers and managing multidisciplinary project teams, Excellent technical communication and proposal writing skills, Proficiency with highway design software and CAD tools

Master's degree (M. Tech) in Transportation/Highway Engineering
