Act as a visible champion for health
Support teams with practical advice and guidance
Support safety planning
Deliver health and safety training
Review safety documentation
Contribute to initiatives across projects
Contribute to initiatives across sectors
Influence safety outcomes early in project lifecycle
Support teams during planning phases
Support teams during design phases
Contribute to safe project execution
Develop HSE Project Plans
Implement HSE Project Plans
Ensure alignment with HSE Project Plans
Conduct regular site inspections
Prepare reports for HSE efforts
Provide advice to senior leadership
Provide recommendations to senior leadership
Operational Leadership
Strengthen wellbeing initiatives
Address psychosocial risks
Chair the Australian Safety Committee
Prepare safety performance reporting
Support SH&E program implementation
Assist with incident reporting
Assist with incident investigations
Foster a safety culture
Promote a safety culture
