Drive identified customers to digital service offerings

Ensure customers gain best value from services

Build rapport and relationships with customers

Maintain a methodical approach toward call objectives

Utilize current digital tools effectively

Gain deep understanding of HCP needs

Tailor data and deliver promotional activities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work effectively across multiple virtual engagement platforms; Integrate guidance from management and other support functions (Marketing, Medical) and technical solutions (e.g. RTE) into call; Collaborate effectively with other Customer-Facing (CF) colleagues; Establish a working relationship with the Pfizer (Digital) and Medical Teams; Share insights gained with sales manager, marketers and cross functional colleagues; Develops and leads the Account Plan and coordinates marketers and cross functional team
