Must Have

Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University/College, 2- 3 years of experience on Field force, Curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset, Analytical skills to identify the connections between data, products and the needs of both Health Care Professionals and patients, Written and verbal communication skills to help build trusted, sustainable relationships with your internal and external stakeholders, Solid understanding of the digital space and a willingness to keep learning and upskilling, Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond the day-to-day, Agility, adaptability to change and seasoned negotiation skills, Commercial and business acumen, managing financial budgets, driving sales and achieving performance measures, Able to connect with customers virtually and in person, Can-do attitude and a work ethic underpinned by determination and commitment, compliance mindset, Not being subject to any of the following circumstances: facing a criminal prosecution, serving a court’s sentence or being suspended from practice or doing works related to pharmacy under the court’s sentence or or having limited legal capacity

Nice to Have

Experienced in Oncology field is preferred, Good command in English is preferred

What You'll Do.

Drive customers to digital service offerings

Lead relationships with Oncology Health Care Professionals

Gain deep understanding of Oncology Health Care Professional needs

Provide objective and scientifically sound medical information

Seek and develop awareness of external market conditions

Establish a working relationship with Pfizer VHSS

Manage and achieve annual targets

Ensure relevant inline medicines prescribed by HCP’s have CFC commercial support

Share relevant brand and therapy area updates with HCP’s

Convey relevant messages across multiple medicines and oncology therapy areas

Establish trusting relationships with customers

Leverage virtual/digital channels

Understand how products across the business interplay

and manage customer relationships

Maximize opportunity across the Pfizer oncology portfolio

Analyze and understand the local environment

Develop and lead the Account Plan

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with the Pfizer Virtual Health Representative team; Establish a working relationship with the Pfizer VHSS, KAM and SME Teams; Share insights from customers; Coordinate the cross functional team; Support the development, negotiation, and implementation within accounts

Written communication skills; Verbal communication skills

Process & Methodology

Develop and lead the Account Plan, Coordinate the cross functional team, Support the development, negotiation, and implementation within accounts
