Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Technical or vocational certification, At least 5 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU's, and printers, At least 5 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment

What You'll Do.
Oversee team installations
Assist with day-to-day functions
Maintain records and audits of equipment
Audit spacing and spare parts inventories
Provide recommendations for supply reorder
Ensure proper installation practices and procedures
Oversee break/fix support process
Complete technical aspects of break/fix process
Recommend solutions for break/fix
Coordinate changes and schedules
Work with Business Lines for replacement timing
