What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading projects and programs, Significant project experience in new product introduction, Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel, Experienced at identifying needs, assigning roles and responsibilities, and leading cross-functional teams, Demonstrated success managing multiple projects concurrently, Ability to effectively work with teams and suppliers from different cultures and countries, Demonstrated capital and expense budgeting for large-scale projects and programs, Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving, Interpretation of statistics related to business and engineering models, Ability to cost product based on planned manufacturing, assembly, and material flow process, Communicate risk, benefits, and new concepts to senior management
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or Supply Chain, Proficiency in SAP and/or Oracle, Experience working in an Agile team structure
