Bachelor of Science in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, 10+ years of experience in electrical hardware design or product development, experience with schematic design, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, embedded systems, lab validation, testing, regulatory/pre-compliance processes, Ability to travel to customer sites, Excellent communication skills, ability to work directly with customers, current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations

## Description DISHER is currently seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to play a central role on our cross-functional product development team. In this role, you will bring your deep experience in electronic hardware design and early-stage product development, rapidly building functional prototypes, shaping technical direction, and influencing product strategy from concept through launch. We are looking for someone that is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and engaging directly on customer projects. You will also have software and/or systems engineering fluency and will play an important role helping define and evolve DISHER's electronics strategy to best serve client needs.
