Experience in developing functional specifications, Experience in server technologies, Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years experience with design and manufacturing processes, 5+ years experience leading ODMs and suppliers, In depth expertise in server technologies, Excellent written and oral communication skills

Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent, Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, 10+ years hardware development, Expertise in early product definition, Experience with server validation, Experience with deploying and operating hardware, Proficient scripting, debug abilities, and Linux operations commands, Experience with leading hardware and software development engineering teams
