Promoting and improving health and well-being
Developing and deliver workforce healthcare strategies
Deliver wellbeing projects
Provide clinically backed recommendations
Support and delivery of client projects
Interfacing directly with clients and providers
Implement workplace health and wellness strategies
Analyse data and evaluate effectiveness
Preparation of reports and RFPs
Strategic project management
Design health & wellbeing pathways
Facilitate Client Wellbeing strategy workshops
Carry out provider research and reviews
Support to draft training session plans
Develop internal and external collateral
Support in identifying and developing new propositions

## Company: Mercer ## ## Description: We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Workforce Health Consultant within the MMB Europe WFH Centre of Excellence dedicated to the CEE region. * As part of the Centre of Excellence’ (CofE) for Workforce Health established in 2025, you will play a vital role in promoting and improving the health and well-being of employees for and on behalf of our clients across the European Region specifically focused on driving growth in the CEE region.
