What You'll Do.
End-to-end hiring across a variety of GTM roles (e.g. AEs
Work closely with our CRO and GTM leaders to define what great looks like in every role
Proactively source world-class talent through outbound
and creative channels
Track pipeline progress
and keeping everyone in the loop
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first message to final offer
Champion high hiring standards
