About the Role Endor Labs is looking for a high-impact GTM Recruiter to own and scale hiring across our go-to-market organization — with a particular focus on building out our enterprise sales team (AEs, Sales Engineers, and sales leadership) alongside Marketing, CS, Partnerships, RevOps and Sales Development. This is a sourcing-first, full-ownership role: you'll personally build the pipelines, run searches end to end, and compete for in-demand talent in one of the hottest markets in software. We're looking for someone who loves the hunt, thrives in startup ambiguity, and knows how to win passive candidates who have other options. Agency experience serving cybersecurity or high-growth tech plus in-house startup experience is the ideal combination. *This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire role. Sound interesting?
