Must Have
6+ years experience in Technical GTM, Growth Engineering, or RevOps Engineering role, Proficiency in scripting (Python or JavaScript), Hands-on experience with AI-workflow automation, Technical familiarity with CRM/MAP (Salesforce/HubSpot), Familiarity with model context protocols, Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, Systems Thinking ability, Builder Mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Cursor or Lovable for prompt sandboxing
