Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to launch new funnels from zero to one for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will join a growth squad where each Growth Product Manager owns one funnel end to end, working closely with the Head of Product, creative, and analytics. You will be fully responsible for the full lifecycle of your funnel — market and competitor research, offer and funnel design, build and launch, acquisition angles, and post-launch conversion growth. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who has already built and launched high-converting web funnels and treats every funnel decision as a hypothesis to be tested. Opinions without data, experiments without decisions, and effort without measurable impact are not acceptable. You are expected to move fast, use AI tooling as a core part of your workflow, and own outcomes from first concept to production. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES RESEARCH & FUNNEL STRATEGY - Run market, audience, and competitor research to define funnel concepts and offers. - Tear down competitor funnels, extract structural insights, and design superior user experiences. - Define the value proposition, pricing hypothesis, and funnel structure ahead of the build. FUNNEL BUILD & LAUNCH - Launch new funnels end to end — structure, copy, wireframes — from first concept to live. - Use AI tools to produce copy variants, UX concepts, and functional prototypes quickly. - Brief
