ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Growth Operator, Partner at Ramp, you will own building the tools, experiences, and systems that enable our channel partners to drive growth at scale. This is a builder role: you will design and ship partner product experiences, deploy PLG experiments across the partner ecosystem, and scale internal tools that turn partner relationships into measurable revenue. You will sit at the intersection of growth, finance, data, engineering, partnerships, and product, identifying leverage points in the partner funnel and executing end-to-end. This is an AI-first role: you will be expected to leverage AI products as a core part of how you build.
