We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a focus on paid social to own acquisition channels end-to-end, scale LinkedIn and Meta, break into untapped platforms like TikTok, and serve as a thought partner on project-level budget strategy. This role sits within our product org, so funnel changes move fast. - Paid Social: Own and scale LinkedIn and Meta as our primary growth channels—managing campaign strategy, creative iteration, audience targeting, and daily optimization to hit cost-per-activation targets - New Channels: Launch net-new paid social platforms (TikTok, Snapchat) from zero, with structured tests, clear exit criteria, and a scaling plan for what works - Channel Coverage: Take 1–2 existing channels off our current Growth Marketer’s plate, contributing to Google and Reddit alongside your paid social focus - Speed: Respond to same-day campaign needs—when delivery ops surfaces a
