## Accountabilities Develop and execute B2B growth marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline creation, and market expansion across gaming and 3D industry segments. Partner closely with Sales teams to align on revenue goals, support lead generation, and create high-impact collateral that improves conversion rates. Design and produce targeted marketing assets, messaging frameworks, and campaigns that enable effective sales outreach and customer engagement. Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities that inform marketing and sales strategy. Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance in collaboration with Sales, improving lead quality, engagement, and conversion outcomes. Operate in a hands-on capacity within a startup environment, balancing strategic planning with rapid execution across multiple initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles, ideally within gaming, 3D, SaaS, or AI-driven industries. Strong understanding of 3D modeling, game development workflows, or related creative technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging. Proven experience working closely with Sales teams to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and align on go-to-market execution. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content tailored to technical and creative audiences. Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex technologies effectively.
