Role Overview RZR is looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts within our China growth team. In this role, you will drive revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across your book of business — building C-level client relationships, developing vertical-specific growth plans, and ensuring every account has a clear, measurable path forward. You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and a key cross-functional partner internally — working alongside Sales, Analytics, and Product to execute growth strategies with precision and remove blockers before they become problems. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational discipline and thrives owning outcomes end-to-end.
