Learn more about our mission and values on our website: As a Senior Growth Engineer (Outbound Automation), you will be the architect of the engine that accelerates our growth over the next five years. You will design and deploy AI-native systems that source, qualify, and engage prospects at scale, transitioning our outreach from a manual motion to a sophisticated, signal-driven engine. This is not a support function; you own mission-critical outcomes including pipeline generation and conversion rates. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working hand-in-hand with Marketing and Sales to build automated workflows that empower our customer-facing teams across the entire revenue cycle. Please Note: This role is based in Paris and operates on a hybrid model, requiring two days per week in the office.
