What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified accountant (CA/CMA/CPA) or Post Graduate in Finance, 15+ years of experience in F&A Operations, 5–7 years in leadership roles managing large financial operations teams, Experience working with leading ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics), Demonstrated experience in Transformation, R2R operations, Treasuryanking operations, and Risk & Controls
Nice to Have
Prior experience in Financial Services or global shared services is preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide strategic and operational leadership to Finance &
Lead end to end F&A operations across multiple
Ensure 100% adherence to client SLAs
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
