Manages the execution of financial planning process (mid-term planning
target setting) and reporting processes (monthly

Manages and further develops financial planning models to facilitate the mid-term planning

Designs and standardizes financial planning and reporting processes and systems.
Designs and standardizes the financial governance instruments and processes e. g. financial steering concept
Designs ad hoc analysis on request of top management for fact-based decision making (extract data from financial management systems
deliver properly formatted reports with insightful comments)
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Acts as advisor/sparring partner to local & central teams on financial planning & reporting related topic; Acts as an internal consultant and advisor to other team members within Business Finance and beyond whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial planning and reporting is required; Plans, executes and/or leads selected special projects that require cross-functional engagement and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
