What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, 10+ years of experience with Systems Engineering processes and principles such as system architecture, interface definition, and requirements definition, decomposition, verification, and validation, Experience with Command and Control (C2) software systems for Ground Systems, Experience developing requirements for satellite operations, Experience performing software and systems integration, Experience performing requirements management using DOORS, Active U. S. Top Secret Security Clearance, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120.62
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience in Ground Systems Engineering, 2+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering project or team, Experience working with Government customers

Senior Ground Systems Engineer for ESS Program **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS)** , Space, Intelligence and Weapon Systems (SI&WS), Ground and Mission Systems Engineering (GMSE) is looking for a **Senior Ground Systems Engineer** (Level 5) to join our team in **El Segundo, California** , to work on the **Evolved Strategic Satellite Communication (ESS) Program**. The selected candidate will support the Evolved Strategic Satellite Communications (ESS) program, a key component of the nation's nuclear command, control and communications (NC3) architecture.
