What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or similar technical focus, Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment, Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, 5+ years of experience in building power substations working with Utilities, Understanding of Utility environment and culture, Experience in analyzing cost/benefit trade-offs across a strategic portfolio, Demonstrated understanding of how to successfully transact business in multiple cultural contexts, Experience directly managing international teams
Nice to Have
Experience working in data centers or critical infrastructure, Master's Degree (MBA/MS), PMP Certification, Experience designing substations or other energy infrastructure, Experience working for utilities, Experience with energy regulators, Ability to communicate in additional languages

Deliver large-scale critical HV/MV grid interconnection projects
Manage stakeholder relationships
Report weekly on key project risks & issues
Drive the grid infrastructure delivery program
Standardize processes
Develop tools for delivery executions
Support financial budgeting
