Nice to Have
Understand cloud infrastructure (especially AWS) and system architecture, Have experience automating compliance or GRC workflows, Have worked with a common controls framework, Have familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, or HIPAA, Have supported customer-facing security or trust processes

About the role We’re hiring a Senior GRC Analyst to help scale Radar’s security and compliance programs, with a focus on third-party risk and modern SaaS governance. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Sales, and Security teams to evaluate vendors, manage risk, and help shape a practical, modern approach to security that balances innovation with strong compliance fundamentals. This isn’t a traditional, checklist-driven GRC role. You’ll evaluate modern SaaS and AI/agentic systems, helping Radar stay on the forefront of new technology while building a pragmatic approach to vendor risk and trust. You’ll report to our GRC and Trust Lead, and be based out of our Flatiron (NYC) HQ. We’re in-office Monday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
