ABOUT THE ROLE You are a driven creative who uses design to make complex ideas feel clear, intuitive, and worth engaging with. You’ll work inside multidisciplinary squads alongside copywriters, video creatives, and producers. You will contribute ideas, shape visual systems, and own the quality of design execution across the work you’re assigned. This role is for someone who thinks visually, designs with intention, and understands that strong design isn’t just about aesthetics. It's about clarity, hierarchy, and meaning. WHAT YOU'LL DO VISUAL THINKING & DESIGN SYSTEMS (DESCRIPTION) - Contribute to creative ideas and help shape how stories are expressed visually. - Translate objectives and messages into clear, coherent visual directions. - Think beyond individual assets: considering consistency, hierarchy, and how design works across touchpoints. DESIGN CRAFT & EXECUTION - Design across multiple touchpoints (social, campaigns, CRM, product communication, presentations). - Own the quality, clarity, and consistency of your design work end-to-end. - Make thoughtful decisions around layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy. COLLABORATION INSIDE SQUADS - Work closely with copywriters, video creatives, and producers to bring ideas to life cohesively. - Contribute visual perspectives and solutions, not just layouts. VISUAL CONCEPTUALIZATION - Turn financial and investment concepts into visuals that are easy to understand and engaging to interact with. - Balance clarity with visual impact. Staying informative without feeling heavy, cluttered or overwhelming.
