What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field., 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced environment., portfolio showcasing creative thinking, branding, digital design, and visual storytelling skills., Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro., understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles., Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines., communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams., High attention to detail with a sense of creativity and innovation.
Nice to Have
Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia design is a plus.

Stay updated with design trends
and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs are accurate
and aligned with brand standards.
