6+ years professional design experience, Portfolio demonstrating elevated conceptual thinking and leadership across campaigns, Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Deep multi-channel expertise, Ability to elevate and evolve visual systems while maintaining brand integrity, Advanced production reviews and approves vendor-ready files, After Effects able to create motion assets and guide animation direction, Art Direction experience, Experience with color correction and retouching, Ability to balance leadership, quality control, and complex project management, High-level communication, Demonstrated leadership, Must be 21 years of age or older, Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry, Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
