4+ years as a designer in a SaaS product or digital agency, Portfolio more important than CV, Understanding of SaaS/Tech aesthetic, Proficiency in building visual hierarchy with grid and typography, Attention to detail, Understanding the difference between 'pretty picture' and functional design, Interest in UX and how elements function in a web environment, Ability to ask the right questions and deliver without hand-holding, Fluent Polish, C2 English
Nice to Have
Experience with Lightroom (color grading)

Creating marketing materials (presentations
Building and maintaining the visual system
Creating Canva templates for other departments
