If this sounds like you, ABOUT YOU could be the right place to bring in your perspective. * Develop and execute brand identities (CI), including logo design and visual brand guidelines * Strong typographic sensibility with a deep understanding of typography as a core brand asset * Ensure consistent brand presence across fashion, e-commerce, social media, print, and physical assets * Conceptualize and evolve brand look & feel as well as seasonal visual directions * Oversight of design execution across all physical and digital touchpoints * Lead and execute creative campaigns from ideation to post-production * Art direct shoots, including mood boards, styling references, and on-set direction * Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (e.g. producers, photographers, stylists) * Create visual concepts for events, fashion shows, and branded experiences * Translate brand and campaign ideas into cohesive and immersive visual executions * Build a strong understanding of brand DNA, positioning, and target audiences * Contribute to defining long-term creative strategies and visual direction * Stay on top of trends in fashion, design, and culture and bring in fresh perspectives ## Qualifications * Five or more years of experience in design and art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies * Strong portfoli
