What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience, Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience, Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Prior sales experience within VA, DoD/Defense Health Agency, or other federal health account environments, Experience selling capital medical equipment, patient monitoring devices, Proximity to a major airport
What You'll Do.
Sell and grow strategic components of the ACM
Defend and expand Medtronic standardization agreements
Execute competitive displacement strategy
Drive technology upgrade cycles
Identify opportunities to advance customers
Engage anesthesiology departments
and clinical education
Pursue VISN-level standardization opportunities
Drive HealthCast Home hardware sales
Drive HealthCast Home service enrollment
Maintain and grow HealthCast Home program revenue
Coordinate with National Key Account Manager — VA
Track and actively grow InterVIEW video telehealth adoption
Provide territory-level program updates
Execute cross-sell campaigns
Conduct territory-level quarterly business reviews
Maintain opportunity pipeline coverage
Manage VA Facility-level
and MTF relationships
Lead and participate in joint call planning
Map DHA procurement contacts
Support MTF product evaluations
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline hygiene
Ensure all federal engagement complies with FAR/VAAR regulations
Ensure compliance with Medtronic government contracting policies
