## Accountabilities Own end-to-end execution of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and Shopping, ensuring consistent performance and scalability. Manage and optimize significant advertising budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and growth outcomes. Design and implement structured testing frameworks covering keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and uncover opportunities for scale and improvement. Continuously improve key metrics including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer acquisition efficiency. Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio to ensure clear performance visibility. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, CRO, data, and leadership to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Stay ahead of Google Ads updates, automation features, and AI-driven marketing innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
