Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own end-to-end execution of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and Shopping, ensuring consistent performance and scalability. Manage and optimize significant advertising budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and growth outcomes. Design and implement structured testing frameworks covering keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and uncover opportunities for scale and improvement. Continuously improve key metrics including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer acquisition efficiency. Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio to ensure clear performance visibility. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, CRO, data, and leadership to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Stay ahead of Google Ads updates, automation features, and AI-driven marketing innovations to maintain competitive advantage. Requirements: 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns at scale. Proven track record of managing substantial paid media budgets with measurable performance outcomes. Strong expertise across Google Ads channels including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Shopping, and Demand Gen. Deep understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution models, and offline conversion imports. Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS and reduce CPA through structured experimentation and optimization. Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in reporting tools, spreadsheets, and performance analysis platforms. Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, audience segmentation, search intent, and account architecture.
