**Unilever is currently hiring for Senior Global Brand Manager – GAL (PTAB ,Global) Function: **Marketing **Work Level:** WL2 **Work Location:** Karachi/Dhaka HO **Reporting to:** Skincare lead for PTAB **Terms & Conditions:** Full-Time BUSINESS CONTEXT: This role is to be the Global brand manager lead for the Glow & Lovely Global BG team. In addition to PTAB, this role provides an opportunity to work on Global markets like Indonesia. Glow and Lovely, is Unilever’s 3rd largest Skin care brand, and is part of the Business group called Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W). B&W is a key priority for Unilever, and is home to iconic products, cutting-edge science, and purposeful growth. Born in 1975, Glow & Lovely (GAL) is a 500Million Euro brand, spread over 20 countries (South Asia, SEA, Arabia) and is the #1 skin care player in its top markets. It has built the skin care market in south Asia with its superior product technology and persuasive marketing. After its name change in 2020, the brand has been on a journey of recrafting its architecture, tonality and imagery to appeal to the stepping out woman of today. It has gone from being a pure core brand to innovating in segments like sun and serum to become a true Masterbrand. **JOB PURPOSE** Glow & Lovely is offering a Brand Crafting role to do some fundamental work on Core + exciting new innovations. The brand is evolving from the memory of a legacy portfolio to now building itself as a transformation led master brand. This role provides an opportunity to work on Global markets across platforms. **WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE** Brand Strategy • Strong business understanding – from external and internal PoV. • Ability to translate market forces and cat strategy into long-term brand strategy to unlock this underpenetrated category. • Clear identification of the source of growth for all brand innovations and campaigns to help design JtbDs. Consumer Intimacy • Put the consumer at the heart of all strategy and execution. •
