What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering, at least 5 years in site supervision and field operations, expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, ground improvement techniques, Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software and modeling tools, Demonstrated knowledge of geotechnical testing methods and laboratory procedures, Experience managing geotechnical investigations and site characterization programs, Excellent project management and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Proven leadership experience supervising technical teams and site personnel, Familiarity with international and local building codes, Saudi Arabian construction standards, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Proficiency in preparing technical reports and geotechnical documentation, Experience with construction site coordination and contractor management, Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices
Nice to Have
Experience working on projects in the Middle East or Gulf region, Advanced proficiency in geotechnical software applications and CAD programs, Experience with foundation quality assurance and verification testing
