What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Valid state real estate license (required or obtained within client-defined timeframe), 7+ years property management medical real estate strongly preferred, 3+ years team management experience, Demonstrated healthcare facility operations and ambulatory care environment experience, financial and accounting ability to interpret financial statements, Experience with real estate financial and budgeting software, Understanding of building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance processes, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and supervisory skills, Advanced oral and written communication skills, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, Ability to work independently with organizational and time management skills
