We're seeking a dynamic, very hands-on and visionary Senior General Manager to join our thriving Bolt Food team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the team and further develop, own, and manage our Food Delivery business across Poland. As the Senior General Manager, you'll oversee and drive our business operations in Poland, guiding the team through evolving challenges. Your primary focus will be on fostering a cohesive team, swiftly adapting to opportunities in the food delivery business, and leading with a hands-on approach. You'll thrive here if you're a creative thinker, skilled at generating business ideas and effectively building compelling cases for them.
