Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner, Experience leading AI, ML or GenAI projects, Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge of prompt engineering, Knowledge of AI copilots / AI assistants, Knowledge of API AI integrations, Agile/Scrum Experience working with product backlog, user, Understanding of digital and solutions architecture and integrations, analytical and strategic skills, Experience managing stakeholders, Experience facilitating workshops, English and Polish: B2/C1, Polish language is a must-have
Nice to Have
Scrum/Product Owner Certificates, Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Experience with Google Vertex AI, Knowledge of Data Science ML Ops basics, Experience in Retail, Experience in Marketing
