What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in AI/ML-focused software engineering, Hands-on production experience with LLMs and agentic systems, expertise in Python and Model Context Protocol (MCP), Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern development practices, Willingness to work on-site in our office 3 days/week
Nice to Have
Experience with embeddings at scale, knowledge graph implementation, ontology extraction, advanced RAG architectures, Full-stack development experience across backend and frontend technologies, Exposure to LLMOps/MLOps tools for CI/CD and monitoring, Experience mentoring or supporting team development initiatives
