**Job Description:** **Senior Gen AI Engineer** **Job Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Hyderabad** **Role Summary:** The Gen AI Engineers will design and develop large language model (LLM)-based solutions to streamline customer onboarding, documentation, and knowledge workflows across NatWest’s Commercial Banking division. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and fine-tune Gen AI models (LLMs) for summarization, document Q&A, and contextual insights. • Build APIs and microservices for AI integration into NatWest customer systems. • Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector store integration. • Work with architects and data scientists to operationalize AI safely.
