Full Job Description

Amazon Games is looking for a Senior Game Producer to join us as we build exciting new casual mass market games with a multiplayer component. You will help establish an entirely new category for gaming and should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects. In this role you will lead game development, organizing milestones and schedules, aligning product visions and facilitating communication across both internal and external teams. You'll also be innovating new ways for users to play games, working closely with designers, artist and technical leads to ensure they are hitting the highest quality bar possible. We think big, create great IPs, and work with some of the biggest and most beloved global IP licenses. We are customer-obsessed and build our games with a focus on innovation and quality to nurture long-term relationships with our global customers and partners. The opportunity to delight millions of gamers is massive, but it's also an ambiguous challenge. You will leverage your game production knowledge to create magical experiences for Amazon customers who play games. You'll work with world-class external game developers to build great games while establishing respectful and collaborative relationships. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and will collaborate with art, design, engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
